Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any part of the AYILON platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
AYILON provides automated crypto trading bot software that connects to supported exchanges (currently OKX) via user-supplied API keys. AYILON does not hold, custody, or control user funds at any time. All trading activity occurs directly between the user's exchange account and the exchange.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade cryptocurrencies in your jurisdiction to use AYILON. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Subscription & Billing
AYILON offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
- Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.
- Failed payments may result in suspension of service.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the My Account page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the service until then.
6. Refund Policy
7-Day Refund Window: You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase.
- You have not connected an exchange API key to your account.
Once you connect an exchange API key, the 7-day refund eligibility is forfeited, regardless of time elapsed. This is because connecting an API key indicates active use of the service.
Refunds are not available after 7 days from purchase, or after an API key has been connected. Refund requests that meet the above criteria will be processed within 3–5 business days.
7. Trading Risk Disclaimer
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. AYILON does not guarantee any profit, return, or specific trading outcome. Past performance of any bot strategy is not indicative of future results. You trade at your own risk.
AYILON is a software tool — it is not a financial advisor, broker, or investment manager. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial or investment advice.
8. API Key Security
Your exchange API keys are stored encrypted and used solely to execute trades on your behalf. AYILON strongly recommends:
- Enabling only Trade permissions on your API key (never Withdraw).
- Binding API keys to AYILON's IP addresses where supported by your exchange.
- Rotating API keys regularly.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use AYILON to engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or any activity that violates the terms of service of your connected exchange or applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AYILON and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including trading losses.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
