AYILON ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address — used for account verification, login, and service notifications.
- Display name and username — used to personalise your dashboard experience.
- Password — stored using secure hashing; never stored or transmitted in plain text.
Subscription & Payment Information
- Selected plan, billing cycle, and payment date — stored to manage your subscription.
- AYILON does not store credit card or bank account numbers. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors subject to their own privacy policies.
Exchange API Keys
- API keys you provide are encrypted and used exclusively to execute trades on your behalf.
- API keys are never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than operating your bots.
Usage Data
- Bot configuration settings and trade history — stored to power your dashboard.
- Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) — used for security and service improvement.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account.
- To operate the trading bot service on your behalf.
- To send transactional emails (verification codes, subscription confirmations, trade alerts).
- To respond to support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data Storage
Account and subscription data is stored in your browser's localStorage and in Cloudflare KV (a distributed key-value store). Server infrastructure is provided by Cloudflare, subject to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.
Transactional emails are delivered via Resend, subject to Resend's Privacy Policy.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Your Rights
- Access — You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — You may update your name, username, and email from your dashboard at any time.
- Deletion — You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Portability — You may request your trade history in CSV format.
7. Cookies
AYILON uses localStorage rather than traditional cookies for session management. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, encrypted API key storage, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
AYILON is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
